Corona Crisis: Be Clear about Tasks and Responsibilities in Planned Change

change is coming whether you like it or not

Fortunately, there is increasing attention and appreciation in organizations for (far-reaching) cooperation and participation in change processes. In my previous blog I already pointed out that if you involve those involved in the thinking process behind a change approach, this not only benefits the approach, but also increases support and the willingness to change. However, that does not immediately mean that everyone in an organization must have a say in everything in the change process! Certainly not. It should be clear who, when, what contributes, depending on the phase of the change. When investing roles, ask yourself what capabilities and commitment you need where to make the intended change a success.
