CEO Board

Senior leaders from each Member Firm serve on the CEO Council, providing strategic oversight and guiding the direction of the alliance. The council ensures our alliance remains aligned, collaborative, and focused on long-term success for their firms and their clients.

Operating Committee

The Operating Committee supports the strategic direction of our alliance by guiding key initiatives and advising on priorities and opportunities. Working closely with leadership, it helps ensure transparency, coordination, and effective execution across the network.

The Cordence Worldwide team is fully dedicated to the alliance (not side-of-the-desk roles), providing strategic advice, proactive collaboration opportunity identification, management of communities, financial management of the alliance’s budget, and operational infrastructure to drive frictionless engagement. The team’s passion is to connect people, solutions, and capabilities to enable our Member Firms’ growth and impact.

Membership Agreement

Membership is governed by a formal agreement that defines how firms collaborate, share knowledge, and protect intellectual property. This framework establishes clear expectations while ensuring transparency and trust across the alliance.

Defined Alliance Roles in Member Firms.

The CEO Representatives make up the Cordence Worldwide Board. They set the strategic direction of the alliance and represent the role of Cordence in their respective firms. There are other named roles that guide and deepen the relationships from firm-to-firm, as well as coordinate and manage the collaborations opportunities available. These roles work together with the Cordence Worldwide Team to ensure value creation and timely engagement.

Independence without central ownership.

Member Firms remain independent and locally accountable, while our alliance provides the structure that makes collaboration possible when broader expertise or reach is needed.
