The Insight Initiative – Young Professional Insights on Energy Transition

What happens when you bring together young professionals from across our Cordence network and give them a platform to think boldly?!

The answer is ‘The YPN Insight Initiative- 2025 Edition’ – which was focused on the topic of Energy Transition. And now as a wonderful next step, we have curated the Top 12 submissions into “The Insight Initiative Digital Magazine” – which brings together these wonderful papers on topics ranging from Industrial use of Hydrogen, Digitalization and AI in Energy and Utilities, Grid congestion and interconnectors, Integration of Renewables and Battery Storage, Asset Management for the Energy Infrastructure and Circular Economy in the Energy Sector.

We’re proud to have designed the initiative, curated the work, and helped turn individual papers into a collective showcase of insight.

Congratulations to the authors whose work is featured. And thank you to everyone who made this initiative possible. This is exactly the kind of alliance-wide collaboration and learning we want to continue fostering.
