Cordence celebrates its 20th Anniversary

Cordence marked a major milestone—our 20th anniversary Executive Meeting in Seoul – hosted by our member firm, Key To Way, that was as inspiring as it was energizing.

Gathering colleagues from across our global network, both in person and online from North Highland, EloGroup, Horváth, TwynstraGudde, Oresys, Avalon Consulting, Key To Way, Genex Partners, PEMANDU Associates, Skha and State of Matter. We took time to honor our shared history and look ahead to the future we’re building together. The meeting was a blend of heartfelt reflection and forward-thinking ambition- we revisited the roots of Cordence, celebrated the relationships and achievements that have shaped us, and set brave intentions for the years to come.

Seoul was the perfect setting for this celebration. The city’s vibrant spirit, delicious K Food, and crisp autumn weather gave every moment a special flavor. Whether we were sharing stories over dinner, exploring new ideas in our sessions, or simply enjoying the sights and sounds of the city, the backdrop added a sense of adventure and connection.

A true highlight was our Taekwondo event—an experience that brought out laughter, teamwork, and a burst of energy that carried through the entire meeting.

We were grateful to welcome so many wonderful colleagues in person – Tony Doocey, Naomi Hampton, Olaf Reichel, Dr. Uwe Michel, Rafael Clemente, Alvaro Pádua, Antoine Canonne, Florent Stetten Pigasse, Guus van Leerdam, Premchand Chandrasekharan, Ridzwan Hamzah and Mark Miltenburg and those who joined in online Santosh Sreedhar, Taku Oike and Matthew Klein. A special one for Herianto Pribadi and Rahajeng Anggi A.- for Skha’s first Executive Meeting!

Your warmth, openness, and collaborative spirit are what make Cordence unique—and what will drive us forward into the next chapter.

It was also a special moment as Florent Stetten Pigasse was elected as Chairman of the Board starting May 2026, with Dr. Uwe Michel elected to continue his role as Chairman till then. We are so incredibly grateful to him for the last year few years! And Premchand Chandrasekharan who was elected to the Operating Committee bringing in a lens from our AsiaPac member firms.
