Cordence Life Sciences Working Session

We brought together our Lifesciences community for a focused, in‑person working session in Munich.

Rather than a traditional, presentation-heavy summit, we chose to keep it practical and discussion-led – grounded in what’s really happening across our firms and with our clients today. We had colleagues from IFUA Horváth, Oresys, Avalon Consulting and EloGroupGabor Vida, Antoine Canonne, Premchand Chandrasekharan and Davi Almeida.

The conversation moved seamlessly across current focus areas, recent wins and challenges, how AI is truly being framed and applied in Lifesciences, and most importantly – live opportunities where collaboration can create immediate value.

What stood out most was the openness to share real situations – what’s working, what isn’t, and where others can step in to help. We left the session not just with ideas, but with clear follow-ups and a stronger foundation for tangible, cross-firm collaboration.
