Cordence Transport Summit – London
It was a lovely reminder of how energizing it can be to come together around shared curiosity, thoughtful dialogue and real transport challenges that matter.
The 2 days gave us a great opportunity to explore multiple transport sector themes – grounded, practical discussions that benefited from different perspectives, experiences and contexts. We spoke of financial sustainability, asset management, alternative revenue streams, operational excellence, running transport networks in a digital and data-enabled world and much more!.. As always, these sessions, reinforced the value of learning across organizations and markets.
With geopolitics and impacted travel making it trickier for many to be in the room, we were especially grateful for the hybrid nature of the event. Colleagues joined both in person Jan Willem de Kleuver, Shahrizan Syawal Mohd Adam Das, Laurence Gorin, Bethany Johnson, Tony Doocey, Tom Poole, Andy Phillips and online Julien F., Dr. Christian Schnöbel, Kai Essiger, Christian Kittler, Szilvia Murányi, Viktória Bodnár, Rahajeng Anggi A., Sayed Musaddiq, Chris McCarthy and Adam Wilinski… what stood out was the effort everyone made to stay connected, engaged and present, regardless of where they were joining from.
A sincere thank you to all participating firms PEMANDU Associates, Oresys, TwynstraGudde, Horváth, Skha, North Highland – for bringing openness, insight and generosity into the conversations.
And as always, the Cordence team Jill Jacques and Nitisha Dhawan for putting together these 2 days, despite the shifting circumstances.
London was, as always, a wonderful backdrop – familiar, vibrant and quietly supportive of conversations that feel both grounded and forward‑looking.
Grateful for the time together, and excited about where these discussions can lead next.
