In stark contrast, the Corona crisis requires proactive management of all Finance areas with great proximity to day-to-day business. More than ever, Finance needs to act as a valuable business partner for all other functions to enable the company to emerge unscathed from the current crisis.

The challenges posed by Corona come with a momentum and therefore an opportunity for the finance function to move towards a more active role.
