RPA in Controlling
The use of RPA is particularly promising for processes that have a high number of manual interfaces or a heterogeneous system landscape. Assessment of the RPA potential of each process should therefore include the following evaluation criteria:
– Highly repetitive
– Decision rules preferably without human evaluations
– High degree of standardization
– Availability of structured data (digital)
– Frequent use of human interfaces between systems
