The Cordence Insight Initiative provides a platform for our Young Professionals Network (YPN) to explore emerging business challenges, develop original perspectives, and contribute to conversations shaping the future of consulting and industry.

This year’s theme, Data & AI, inspired an impressive collection of submissions from across the Cordence network. Participants examined how organizations can harness AI to drive innovation, improve decision-making, and create lasting business value, while also addressing the opportunities and challenges that come with rapid technological change.

The quality of the insights demonstrated not only the depth of expertise within our Young Professionals Network, but also the creativity and curiosity that will help shape the future of our industry.

Following a competitive evaluation process, the winning submissions were recognized for their innovative thinking, practical applicability, and compelling vision for how AI is transforming business. The authors joined colleagues from across the Cordence alliance at the Cordence Data & AI Summit 2026 in Paris, where they had the opportunity to exchange ideas, build connections, and contribute to discussions with consultants and industry experts from around the world.
