New Cordence Worldwide Managing Director
As we begin 2024, the Board of Cordence Worldwide is delighted to name Jill Jacques as its new Managing Director.
Jill brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, having demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the consulting industry. She brings more than 25 years of global experience in both industry and management consulting, most recently as a Partner and Lead in the Financial Services industry practice with North Highland — one of the Cordence Worldwide Member Firms.
Jill has helped shape and deliver strategic shifts for her clients and has led large and complex initiatives in customer experience, workforce transformation, operational transformation, and digital transformation. She is also recognized for her passion for equity, inclusion, and equality, providing leadership and advocacy through mentorship and executive sponsorship of industry and firm-wide programs.
Jill’s dedication to global collaboration and her commitment to driving growth and change make her an excellent choice to guide Cordence Worldwide to continued success.
Jill will transition into the role with the full support of her predecessor, Steve Haymon. In addition to providing a strong start for Jill, Steve will continue his work to support the growth of the Cordence Worldwide partnership and the recruitment of new members.
Jill is excited by the capabilities, energy and commitment of the member firms and is ready to help drive the connected, global thinking and solutions that Cordence can deliver: “Clients big and small recognize the importance of getting a global perspective and the expertise that helps them get ahead of what’s next. Cordence Worldwide members know how to think and work together for their clients, and they know how to deliver results. I look forward to working with our member firms to expand their global connections to bring more integrated and innovative solutions to clients.”
