Mobility on Demand: What do subscription models provide, and are they economically attractive?

In the past, cars were primarily used as a means of transport. But today, customer’s demands for individual mobility are undergoing tremendous change. The car of the future will not just make users mobile, but will also be digital and smart. New technologies for connected vehicles provide market players with new sources of income through mobility services. In this context, the term “mobility as a service” is defined by all new mobility services that expand upon the traditional sale of individual cars.
