Think HR Differently – Managing the shift from historic to modern HR organization

The pharmaceutical industry is currently experiencing significant challenges. As such, the increasing digitization level in pharmaceutical value chains as wells as cost-efficiency pressures request the adaptation of HR departments. Today’s businesses have to contend with two realities. Although Human Resources still focuses on costs and administration, it has evolved into a process that involves leadership, which has to be recognized in the business strategies of pharmaceutical companies. The key to successful business adaptation is to understand all the pieces of the puzzle and the value which is introduced by modern HR.
